Chocolate Almond Smoothie

Craving chocolate, dessert or just need a powerful meal to keep you going? This is brilliant and you will feel completely satisfied for hours. It reminds me of chocolate pudding or cake batter, delish!
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp almond butter
Cinnamon powder to taste
2 – 3 tbsp coconut cream
1/2 small avocado or 1/4 large
1 1/4 cup almond milk
4 ice cubes
*Optional add ins:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seed
1/2 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp collagen
A knob of ginger
1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until you have a smooth, thick smoothie.
* if you prefer a thinner consistency, add some water. This sometimes comes out so thick that I eat it with a spoon. Whether you drink it or eat it you will love the taste and your tummy will thank you for it.
