Vegan Green Smoothie

I love this green drink. It can be enjoyed for breakfast, before or after your morning exercise or as an afternoon pick me up. The healthy fat and protein are filling and energising and curbs sweet cravings. All of the ingredients come together as a gut soothing, delicious glass of goodness. Enjoy!

2 Kale leaves, stalks removed and broken into large pieces

¼ large avocado or ½ small

3 Tbsp Bare Blends Vanilla and Coconut Plant Protein Powder

1 knob of ginger

½ tsp matcha powder

½ tsp turmeric

2 tbsp – ¼ cup coconut cream

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice, can also use water

3-4 ice cubes

 

Optional add in’s:

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp MCT oil

½ tbsp maca root

One handful of mint leaves – this makes this drink even more divine.

1 tbsp of collagen and or gelatin – if using for gut healing.

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend and enjoy!
