Aperitivo – SIBO Friendly

Kalamata Olives

Walnuts

Parmesan Cheese, sliced

Carrot, cut into match sticks

  1. Cut Carrots into match stick sized pieces.
  2. Plate and serve in individual bowls or together on a platter.

Sometimes it feels like a struggle to come up with SIBO friendly foods that taste good and that you haven’t had on repeat for the last week. This makes a light meal when you’re not in the mood to cook, it can be enjoyed as a starter, or aperitivo when hosting guests.

You could pair it with a refreshing gin fizz using Seedlip non-alcoholic artisan gin. I like my gin and soda with lemon or lime juice and sparkling water. Enjoy!
