1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice
10 brazil nuts
2 tbsp – 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Coconut Milk or almond Milk
*Optional: Cinnamon sprinkled over the top; Bare Blends protein powder for a more filling meal.
