Shopping List: Vegetable and Fruit Staples

Being well prepared is your key to success on a SIBO diet. If your fridge is empty and uninspiring you will no doubt grab something less preferable in haste. You are more likely to choose wisely by keeping these basic food items in your refrigerator.

My motivation for Plants&SIBO is to inspire you to eat well and enjoy your food. I am offering you inspiration for quick and healthful meals so you too can feel better.

Please feel free to copy this list and take it with you when you go shopping:


Bok choy

Capsicum, preferably red



Frozen berries

Tomatoes, cherry and vine ripened

Rocket or arugula

Aubergine or eggplant


Courgette or zucchini


Green onions




Mandarins or oranges
