Spiced Tea


Black tea of choice

Fresh ginger slices

1/3 cinnamon stick broken

Coconut milk or plant based milk of choice

Optional: 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  1. Boil water and steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
  2. At the same time steep ginger and cinnamon in a metal tea ball or strainer.
  3. Remove bag at the 3-5 minute mark.
  4. Remove tea strainer anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk and maple syrup is using.
