Choose a fruit that suits you (berries, kiwi, oranges) or use a homemade compote. Either way, this will be a very satisfying start to your day.
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup berries
Unsweetened nut milk or coconut milk of choice
- Add ingredients to a bowl and mix with nut milk to desired consistency. Enjoy!
