This tea is so soothing and delicious and so much better than bagged teas. It doesn’t take but a few minutes to make and it’s so worth it. Your tummy will thank you.
1 knob of ginger, peeled and sliced
1 finger length piece of turmeric root, peeled and sliced
Water for boiling (2-3 cups)
Juice of 1 lemon
- Prep ginger and turmeric and add to sauce pan with water.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Enjoy!
