These are such a beautiful start to the day and they come together quickly. From start to finish it took me about 10 minutes – That’s a win in a house of five!
85g buckwheat flour
160ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
- Melt coconut oil in a fry pan or griddle, then pour into a mixing bowl. Your pan is now greased and ready to cook!
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a batter.
- Cook over medium high heat until browned on both sides. Mine only took 2-3 minutes per side.
*Serve with berries, nut butter, coconut cream, nuts, etc. Enjoy!
